Rodent control & exclusions
We get mice and rats out, then seal up the way they got in, so they don’t come back.
More than a mess in the attic
Mice and rats chew wiring, insulation and stored belongings, and cause millions of dollars in property damage. They also spread disease, according to the CDC, so it pays to deal with them quickly.
There are a lot of ways to control rodents, and the right one depends on your place. That’s why every job starts with a trained technician taking a good look around, not a one-size-fits-all bait box.
How we handle it
- 1
Inspect
We look for how they’re getting in, what damage they’ve done, and what’s drawing them to your place.
- 2
Remove
We set traps and bait stations where they’ll do the most good.
- 3
Seal up
This is the exclusion part. We close the gaps around the roof, pipes, vents and A/C lines so they can’t get back in.
- 4
Prevent
We’ll point out what’s attracting them, so you can help keep them from coming back.
An honest second opinion
A big chain company told one of our customers she had rats in her attic and quoted her about $6,000. Here’s what happened when she called us.
I was given a, “free inspection” from a very well known, large extermination company. I was told that we have a rat problem in our attic (he was only able to locate two droppings, in a very large attic). I called All-Rid for a second opinion, as I was told it would cost me about $6,000.00 or my whole family would get sick from the droppings. Paula came out, took me around and told me that the only two droppings she saw were old, there was no tunneling, and no rats. Because we live on a greenbelt, with a creek she advised to cut all trees away from the house, get rid of birdseed and she recommended a couple of bait stations. She also showed me where we should seal our roof, as well as around air conditioners, etc. We did all of that, and she also set some traps in the attic (although she did not feel it was necessary, I asked for it). Bottom line, we have never seen a rat, the traps were never disturbed, there are no droppings, or tunnels. Very ethical company, and very knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of Paula’s honesty, would recommend them 100%.
We have been customers for over 15 years. They do an excellent job keeping our house pest and rodent free! We definitely recommend them!
Caroline O. All-Rid always does my bug/rodent maintenance for me every three months for the last 5 years and I love them!!!!
